2. Is the quotation free?

Yes, we provide free quotation. No obligation.

 

3. Do you provide boxes and packing materials?

We provide free carton box and tapes. Other packing materials such as bubble wrap will be sold at cost.

 

4. Experience in Piano Moving?

Yes, we are the authorize mover for many piano shop and music school on Singapore. We associate with Asia Piano, Singapore Piano Shop, Sonare Music School and etc. Our team have relocated various types of piano.

 

5. Is there extra cost for weekend move?

There will not be additional charges for Saturday. Our Working day will be Monday to Saturday. Surcharge will only apply for move scheduled on Sunday, Public Holiday and Night Hours.

 

6. Will items be protected during move?

During house moving, bulky items will be wrap up with shrink wrap. Depend on situation we will decide on whether blanket or cardboard is needed instead of shrink wrap only.

While for piano, we will shrink wrap and covered with blanket in truck. Piano will then be tied securely on truck.
